STATE of NH INFORMATION on GIFTED EDUCATION
The State of New Hampshire does not require, nor does it provide for, the identification of gifted students. It does, however, require that a "free and appropriate" education be provided for all students. The regulations related to gifted education in the state of NH are available from:
